Yale Digital Safe opened

This morning we got a call from a customer in Kildare Village saying they locked their NEW safe without knowing the code. We attended site and carried out a full inspection the same day. We found that the customer had managed to lock the safe, with no batteries fitted inside and also didn’t know the code. These Yale safes are battery operated and also come with a PowerPoint located outside the safe incase of power/battery failure. With our trusty 9v battery we managed to give power to the keypad but still needed to crack the code. We managed to gain entry to safe using non-destructive methods. With the safe now open, we could now insert 4 x AA batteries into the compartment and programme a new code for the customer. We had the safe open and back working within 30 minutes of our arrival on site, which meant no downtime in running the customers business.
